If you have any problems with your order, please email your concern to online@vegangrocerystore.com.au

We provide refunds, replacements or repairs for any product that you receive that is damaged, faulty or is not as described on your order/invoice, under the following conditions:

1. You notify us of any issues within 24 hours of delivery.
2. When requested, you email further information and/or images of any incorrect, spoiled or damaged items to online@vegangrocerystore.com.au
3. When requested, you return the products to us within 7 days. We will refund the return delivery cost to you, where neccessary, if it is found that the reason for the return and a refund is warranted.

If the claim is validated, we will either refund you up to the original value of your products via the same method that the purchase was made, provide a replacement or carry out a repair.

We do not provide refunds for claims made under the following situations:

1. For incorrectly ordered products or for change of mind.
2. For missing, damaged or spoiled goods, where parcels are left unattended, 
3. For failed delivery due to an incorrect or misspelled delivery address
4. If no one was present to receive your delivery.
5. Items that arrive partially or fully thawed (Chilled/frozen items are transported chilled and also contain ice packs for added protection but may arrive partially or fully thawed).

By placing an order, you understand and accept that;

• Chilled/frozen items are transported chilled and also contain ice packs for added protection but may arrive partially or fully thawed).
• All orders are sent with Authority to Leave (ATL). If your parcel is left unattended, you acknowledge the risk of spoilage. 

• For parcels that are returned to us, you can request to have your parcel redelivered by paying a redelivery fee.

If partially or fully thawed delivery of your goods is not acceptable, please do not place your order on this website.
